Purpose. This site is political commentary and advocacy protected by the First Amendment. It presents allegations contained in a resolution before the United States House of Representatives and in public reporting, together with the site's opinion that those allegations warrant impeachment. Nothing here is a finding of fact by any court or tribunal.
Accuracy. We work from primary sources and link them. We may still make mistakes, and news moves faster than we do. If you rely on something here for anything that matters, read the linked source. We'll correct verified errors promptly.
Not affiliated. This site has no connection to Rep. Massie, any member of Congress, any campaign, party or committee, or to Secretary Hegseth or the Department of Defense. Names of public officials appear because they are the subject of the public record discussed.
Your use. You may quote, link to and share anything on this site for any lawful purpose with attribution. You may not use it to harass, threaten or defame anyone, and we'd rather you didn't use it to raise money.
Third-party links. Links to news outlets, government sites and social platforms are provided for reference. We don't control those sites or their content.
